Where Sky Meets City

Hovering 95 metres above the Danube, the UFO Tower is one of Bratislava’s most iconic landmarks. Perched on top of the SNP Bridge, its futuristic shape has become a symbol of the city’s skyline — and an irresistible destination for visitors who love views, adventure, or fine dining in the clouds.

Three Experiences in One

The UFO combines three attractions under one roof — or rather, under one dome:

Observation Deck: Enjoy a 360° view of Bratislava, the Danube, and — on clear days — even the Austrian Alps. Sunset from here is unforgettable.
Restaurant & Bar – watch.taste.groove: A fine dining experience with a panoramic backdrop. The menu offers international cuisine, while the bar serves cocktails that taste even better above the river.
Skywalk – “Touch the Clouds”: Step out onto the outer rim of the dome, safely harnessed to the structure, and walk in open air 85 metres above ground. This adrenaline experience is available seasonally (April–October) and must be booked in advance.

Architecture and Legacy

Built in the 1970s as part of the SNP Bridge, the UFO remains a striking example of futuristic design from the socialist modernist era. Its viewing platform represents the union of engineering ambition and Bratislava’s contemporary identity — a place where history, technology and experience meet.

In the Neighbourhood

At the foot of the bridge, you’ll find the Danube promenade with cafés and bike paths leading to the Old Town on one side and Petržalka on the other. A short walk across the bridge takes you directly to Bratislava Castle, making the UFO a perfect stop between two of the city’s most famous viewpoints.
