Originally completed in 1891 and rebuilt several times, today’s Old Bridge combines history with modern urban design. Its wide deck is fully dedicated to walkers, cyclists and trams, creating a rare car-free space above the Danube.
Colorful lights illuminate the metal arches at night, turning the bridge into a striking landmark visible from both riverbanks.
